Speed post not recevied till yet

Dear sir/madam,

I am Saurav jindal. my speed post track no is EP950324292IN. My passport through speed post from CHANDIGARH is dispatched on 24 Dec till date I have not received my passport. So Please find out the reasons against for delay and also take a strict actions against those officers who are responsible for this act that speed post is not received as 2 weeks had been past...

so give me the status as soon as possible through call or email. so that i further against a complaint in consumer services dept.
