Savings PPF a/c books not despatched since 3 months

Head Post Office, Jagadhri, have despatched 3 savings PPF a/c passbooks nos. 9378, 9379 & 9380 of my son Karun, Aarti and Yatish Dhiman, for change/transfer of address. But I am sorry to say that Gurgaon Head Post Office have not despatched these pass books till date, which were sent vide RL No.3691 dated 30.12.2010.

Kindly arrange to despatch these immediately to avoid further litigations.
