Non delivery of postal articles

Dear Sir,

I am residing at 3/62 Viratkhand Gomtinagar Lucknow-226010. I am a retired Adl. District and Sessions Judge and an ex Presiding Officer Central Govrnment Industrial Tribunal Lucknow and presently Inquiry Officer ONGC.

Im not receiving postal letters for the last couple of months. I am able to get the telephone bills etc.

Will the Chiefmaster General Lucknow be asked to order an enquiry and punish the wrong doer.
