Reject to Book Speed Post

Sir,

I am I.Lakshmana Rao Went to JNTU Post Office to book speed post on 22.2.2010. The clerk was booking the letters, the post master came and returned my letters and gave explanation this is not your area and we have no staff to do, go to secunderabad post office. I asked to write a complaint give the complaint book. Then he used loose tongued words and grab my helmet and damaged it and closed main door and harassed and insulted me. He returned my letters which was already sticked speed post bar coding stickers. Please take action to the post master of the JNTU post office, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
