My name is vani... here in our town i went to a postoffice to buy postal stamps, its a working day for post office, but the people who are present in the post office said that the person who sells the stamps was absent that day, cant they sell the same?

I went there again the next day..i enquired about a letter which i am supposed to US... he said no stamps and i annoyed on him, he told me that i can register post that letter..after my annoying he told that he wont send my letter thru the post and told me to go another post office which is 10kms away from there...
