Mising replaced goods in speedpost parcel

I had booked a parcel by speed post wide registration number EC822128399IN from Bilaspur RMS post office on 12-08-11 to my daughter NUPUR NAIK (SAN ANTONIO, USA).

The parcel was received on 16-08-11 but surprisingly some contents were missing & one ladies lower (slightly below knee length) was replaced with some GENTS PYJAMA OF FULL SIZE.

The missing contents are as under:

One Anklet Rs.250, 3 nos. Deodorents Rs.1000, Facia Soap Rs. 25, Haldiram murukku Rs.40, A short ladies lower replaced with male pyjama of large size.

I had lodged a complaint on 20-8-11 mentioning all these facts by e-mail to "spc.bilaspur@indiapost.gov.in" & have confirmed by phone that they have received complaint & have sent it to concerned office in Mumbai.

However, till date, I have not been compensated as per P & T rules.
