Post Office
Rigestered post not delivered

Sir,

we are residing nearby Rajahmundry, (eastgodawari district) ANDHRAPRADESH

we lost our CERTIFICATES which were sent by REGISTERED POST from Rajavaram village to KOLKATA.(WEST BENGAL)

We did lot of correspondence through letters by RTI act.

At last post office told that they delivered certificates to addressee. We didn't received that Registered parcel.

That registered post contained SSC, INTERMEDIATE, BSc, BEd, MSc certificates of my brother..

could you please help/guide us in getting back that registered post.
