Post Office
Account matured but still money not paid

I had opened two accounts in the post one account with the main balnce of Rs.80000 and another ac included all the interest that i receivd frm first account. the agent told me that she will take care of evrythng as i was new to postal accounts, now tht my second account has already matured am still not being given the amt, infact all other procedure has been completed and now they are giving me an excuse saying tht as it was a joint account in my mothers name and my name there are some complications whereas i am the nominee and have provided them with enough proof abt the same. i went to the post office and spoke to post master as well and he aint ready to give me any answers at all, he says he knws nothing (i dont know why is he even hired to be postmaster if he doesnt know anything) and my agent has totally started ignoring my calls. please help
