Complaint against postman

Respected sir,

This is kindly to inform you that i am arun kumar sharma R/o B-143- nanhey park matiyala road uttam nagar new delhi 110059.I would like to say that we never recieved our mails and confidentiol letters at our home. Sir our postman never deliver letter at my home. For collection of our letters we have to go to shoe shop at binda pur matiyala road near about aggarwal sweet corner owner name of the shoe shop mr.vijay he will be never deliver if and tear it within two or three days. I did't recieve my speed post registered letters and confidentiol dak from various.so please kindly request to you my problem is shorout as soon as possible sir this is my biggest problem. I hope so you will be necessary action at your end.
