No dilivery of Posts

Dear Sir/Madam

I want to fetch your kind attantion to the Complaint below;

I am living in Muwana village, tehsil Safidon, dist. Jind.

i am working in Aryavart College of Education, Muwana.

The posts are not received in time and not diliververed in time by the postman appointed in the village.

Although he was informed many times that he will deliver the posts of the institute personnaly and will not hand over to others but he refused directly and said that if you will come to post office only then it will be delivered and you must collect your posts from the post ofiice only.
