Getting delay to issue Postal Id Card

Sir,

I had given a application to ADAMBAKKAM post office to get a POSTAL IDENTITY CARD on 11-04. I received the receipt for the same.

At the time of receiving the receipt the post office clerk told me to get the card within 40 days. Then the completed their verification of my residence.

But still now the did not received the ID CARD, though the 40 days crossed.

So, kindly take necessary step to grand me the card as early as possible.
