Respected Sir,

I, Thilagavathi my BSNL Customer ID 4018414212 Phone No. 26566574. I have shifted my family from Anna Nagar to Thirumullaivoyal on last week of Sep'12. The same I have applied for shifting of Telephone from your Ambattur Exchange to Avadi Exchange on 04.10.12.I applied the next 2weeks I asked ambattur exchange, but no any reply. Then I went your Avadi exchange also more than 3 times, there is also no replay. Finally I asked that technical person. He said 'We will do and It may be take 6 months or even does not know us". Till two month over, no any action taken from avadi exchange and ambattur exchange office both side. I really sorry to say very bad services in BSNL office. Kindly take necessary action please.
