Dear Sir,

This mail is to inform you that i have been traveling, Bus No: AP28Z5262, Service No: 4999 and TNA25608, 09/12, 19:56pm from Nidadavole to KPHB

I would like to bring to your notice that the conductor of the above details has taken money for the ticket without giving me proper seat to sit, he asked for extra money to give his seat and i refused for the same and he said to get down after crossing the city, i was made to sit in driver cabin.

He also engaged to load heavy luggage in the bus with extra money, both conductor and driver were smoking along with cell phone driving in the cabin, which are against the rules and illegal.

i would request you to kindly take the necessary action against him for this.
