Blazeflash Couriers
Misplaced courier and subsequent blaming

Sir,

1) I booked some documents with Blazeflash couriers (ID No. 112407175) on 03/12 at their Sec-7,

Dwarka, New Delhi branch for delivery at my address at my Bangalore address.

2) It's 13/12 and the document hasn't reached me yet.

3) On enquiring at Phone no. 08588861320, till 10/12, they kept telling me that the courier was 'Out for

delivery' in Bangalore according to their online records. However, when asked today, they are telling me

that it has already been delivered to my address at 08/12.

4) Sir, after me repeated attempts in getting some follow-up done, they gave me 7 landline no.'s of their

Bangalore Office, all of which are non-existent/do not exist.

5) I have tried everything to get them to act but to no avail!
