First flight courier
Courier not received

Sir,

i had sent one courier through first flight courier service from chennai (choolaimedu) to sreekaryam (trivandrum) on 8th dec. When i verified the consignment number on 12th dec it shows that courier status had been hold on party transfer. When i asked the consignee she told that no courier has yet been came there. I had contacted courier office in chennai as well as trivandrum approximately (10 ph nos), they replied that you should contact the respective branch courier, but no response from the ph no: they given.
