Delivered Aadhar card to wrong person

Our family members Aadhar card was couriered through Indiapost consignment # UE072230167IN

But the postman handed over the courier to Shankar Yadav of our society without confirming the identity for such a valuable asset.

This guy is in rival with us and doesn't handover the courier back to us...

I request you to please instruct Indiapost to recollect the courier from him and handover to us... How come such a valuable document is handed over to anyone without even checking the identity and address? Indiapost is ridiculous, they are too lazy to take a lift and deliver the courier to correct addressee!!! Please take some action on my request and help us get our Aadhar card back...
