Blazeflash courier
Consignment not delivered

Hi,

I sent a local courier through Blazeflash courier on dated 10/12 via Consignment POD No. 213944087 from Gurgaon to Delhi Rohini.

Courier booking place was Gurgaon - Sector 31 HUDA market, SUKHRALI-0124-4100744/45

Destination was at New Delhi - Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura.

Surprising thing is that today almost more than 10 days has been passed away but neither the courier has been delivered to destination nor the same has got returned back

There were some very important documents (including Cheques) inside the consignment and were very necessary to be delivered by 12th Dec within TAT described by Blazeflash Courier. Due to this negligency I had to bear the very heavy penalty losses in monetary terms. Since the cheques were for installment and since that installment has been delayed so I have been charged heavy penalty.

Even I tried to followup number of times on your customer support number, neither the courier got delivered nor the same has been returned back, but haven't got any response from their side.
