That, the party is engaged with you courier business but unfavourable circumstances, the party withdraw the business and your goodself issue a cheque of Rs.12, 684/- dated 17/02 cheque no.96119 with Lord Krishna Bank Limited, New Delhi. The party cheque send to bank but by mistake our bankers, cheque was misplaces and our banker write a letter in favour of you. So i want to you, please issue cheque of Rs.12, 684.00 in favour of me (Devender SIngh). copy of earleir letter and confirmation of banker and cheque and slip of bank are being enclosed.
