Balance and other services stopped

Sir,

I am using 9660115247 No. On 29, january my sim has been blocked.

The service center gave me 14 days duration time to restart sim again.

On 25, feb they restart my SIM but my balance Rupees of 95.06, my internet Balance of 3023MB, my msgs Balance 764 messages and 1 paisa per second call rate

for one year got lost.

so sir, please help me to get my balance back
