Non-Delivery of Registered Letter, Non-Receipt of Ack. /Proof of Delivery

I have sent a registered letter to Bajaj Auto finance, Pune (Maharashtra) from Quilon Head Post Office (Kerala)., Dated 5th Jul. It is not delivered and I haven't receive the delivery proof / acknowledgement. Now one month is over. I have sent many complaints to diffrent level of officers, no one come back to me. I got a big loss.
