Illegal road breakge

Our neighbours has broken the road and parking space, illegaly for their purpose which is causing problems for the neighbourhood in parking their cars. This space does not belong to them and they have broken it illegaly without the consent of MCD and neighbourhood. We all neighbours request MCD to please look into the matter and resolve the nuisance created by our neighbours. This is a rainy season and they have digged the surface some 15 feets down, and mud have been thrown on the road which is creating problem in parking cars and also affecting footpath. This is absolutely illegal and should not be allowed. We request you to step in and resolve this problem.
