Leakage from the above flat

Dear Sir,

I am a resident or Shreekant Co.op Hsng soc. A-71 Luv Kush Tower Opp Jaiambenagar, Thaltej, Ahmedabad. Its a registered society. I am facing leakage problem from my above flat bathroom, from more than one year. It started after they did the renovation in their flat. The residents staying in the flat above does not agree to do the leakage repair work, I am asking him to get his bathroom flooring repaired, as due to it their is leakage in my room and entire balcony is leaking. He completely ignores all these notices. Notices have been sent to the president and secretary of the building but even they are not bothered about my suffering, I am seriously worried about the structure getting weak. Its now impossible to sit in the bathroom as the leakage has increased a lot since last few days. Please help me on this matter.
