Bill Not received since 3 months

Sir,

I didn't receive the electricity bill since 3 months. Even after lodging an oral complaint. they are not yet responding in this regard. Without giving the bill, they came and just disconnected the electricity to our home.

I wish you will respond properly in this regard.
