Shortage of court fees stamps

To, the Collector Nanded,

The complainant is regular practicing advocate since 27 years at District Court Biloli and at present is president of Bar Association Biloli; Since last 15 days there is shortage of Rs.5/- and Rs.10/- court fees stamps in the sub-treasury office at Biloli and according to sub-treasury officer, entire Nanded District is facing acute shortage of such court fees stamp denomination; As a matter of fact no application can be given in the court or in Tahsil office without affixing court fees stamps of at least Rs.5/- . Therefore it is requested to sort out this problem immediately; All persons approaching Court and Tahsil office are facing this problem.
