Espected sir/mam,

This complaint is in with respect to anna bahu sathe maha mandal. Anna bhau sathe maha mandal has an industrial property in Ambad Nashik. An industral Gala in Nashik. which the mandal decided to give it on lease. to educated youth of Matang Samag. who belong to and educated youth from matang samaj. a tender was called upon and application were called upon for the same from educated youth to set up there own business. I submited my application and there were six to seven application.

and we were called for personal interview at there office in nashik. based upon interview i was granted the said gala on lease for 1 year with terms and condition that the maha mandal would repair the gala and give us the possession. but time passed the maha mandal did not repaired the gala and give us the possession after an years or so the cancelled the gala on the contest that we did not started our business. but the thing was that the did not want us to give the possession and wanted to gala to be give to some one in there favour . after giving repeated letter to give us the possession they did not give us the possession.

due to fustration i had cancell the gala as i had taken the deposited money of 1.4 lakh on interested so that i could set up my business but due to pressure from creditors i had to wait for 2 years and cancel the gala. but during whole process the mahamandal at any give point of time toke intersted in giving us the possession. instead they were waiting for us to cancel the gala and give the gala to some one in there favour.

i would kindly request to take a note of this and request that i get justice.
