Hi voltage supply, loss to me

I, S.Ramesh, Resident of HIG/340, Samrat Complex, 6th Phase, Kukatpally, Hyderabad- 500 085, Mob: 9908016923 am aggreived to inform you that on 6th January at Midnight there was a sudden Hi Power transmission to our flat which resulted in the following:

Complete Burning of my Home Personal Computer, Modem and UPS.

The impact was so high that a number of inmates of our flat have suffered huge losses. Few have lost their newly. purchased LCD TV, few have lost Fans and few others have lost domestic Home Appliances.

We have contacted APSEB Emergency line and they have visited our flat on 6th January and confirmed that there it is due to shortcircuit at the Main line which resulted in High voltage supply to residents which is a cause of damage. We have immediately got our internal High Tension wire to our Mainboard of our apartment at a self cost of Rs.6000/-. I want compensation of loss occurred to me and also strengthen the Electric system (Earthing) for my apartment
