Delay in PF Clearance

Dear Sir,

I was working in an organisation (Polygon chemicals Pvt. Ltd.) in Dehradun but its Head office is in Amar house, Koperkhairane, Mumbai from nov"2006 to march''08 on the post of Exe. QC. Due to some personal problems and some unavoidable circumstance in company, I left the place with proper handover and clearance from all the departments (copy of the receiving by organisation of my resigning letter is still with me). They cleared my Full and Final payments but i sent them my duly filled PF form on 19 Dec.2009. Now I am trying hard in all communications (on phone) but they are saying that we sent ur PF form to the PF Department and ur payment will come within 1 month butstill my payment from PF DEPTT. is pending:

I dont know the reason behind the delay in my PF amount may be the organisation didnt forward my PF Form to the EPF Depatt.

My PF no. is: MH/VASHI/116885/33

Please help me as i am in urgent need of resources. I wish to get the PF amount.
