Congested Road at Shopper's Stop

Dear Concern Authorities,
Its been long pending issue of the encroached road, as we understand, at the road in front of the Shopper's Stop in Begumpet, where it leads to flyover, there is boundary wall of the House. It was clearly stated the lenght to be cleared, with RED mark, something of the order of 21feet or so. But much to our surprise hardly anything has ben done for that. In other places though the ample space is available but this constraint path, spoils everything. hence, I humbly request the concern authorities to look in ti the matter and do provide the commuters with sufficient road space.
