Extra Charges in AP Online Centers In Hyderabad On Electricity Bill's or Any Bills

These people are tacking extra charges on minimum bill of Rs.100/- to Rs.200/- Rs.4/- Extra, for Rs.300/- to Rs.500/- Rs.8/- Extra . when we asked why you people are charging this much of extra, they are saying that is services Tax and our tax . when the service tax is mentioned on the bill why you people are tacking this much of money extra when we asked they are saying ask the government. so how is responsible for this .is that the government or the services provider. as a public we need the answer .is the government will tell this or the consumer court.
