Dear Sir/Madam, I was worked in Apparel Export Promotion Council, Sicce 1978 and I opted VRS on 2005. My name is L.Selvaraj, and my PF account No.- DL/5545/105 .I have submitted the FORM 10D in AEPC Chennai Region. I sent my Application on 2 years back. Last Month also I sent all the relevant documents to Mr. SHASHI NAYSETH . Monthly I spent Rs.- for my medical expenses. I am waiting ur reply. Thanks in advance.
