Dear Mam/Sir,
a packet was submitted at RMS Samastipur on 31/01 with consignment No. EF948298296IN which was to be sent to Delhi at 11 Sunder Nagar, New Delhi-110003. I have not received that packet till date. its already 6 days now.
Please let me know when I can get that document delivered to me.
