APSEB BOARD
OFTEN POWER CUT

Whomsoever reading this:

I live at Nacharam Parthia Nagar. The APSEB BOARD of this area is really pathetic, in a day they cut the power more than 3 times, and the duration is more than 2 to 3 hrs, some times its goes on for the entire day, when asked, they say there is maintenance work, and this happens twice in 2 weeks. I dont really think others areas are facing this kind of problem.

2. If there is too much or breeze or its starts to rain the power is cut till the rain stops. but in other areas does'nt work this way. when asked they say we are taking precautions of any wire cut due to fall of trees. I would say if trees are a problems which are falling on the wire then why wait cut them off.

3. Telephone etiquette: When we call to enquire as to when the power will come, first they dont pickup the call, if they pickup, the tone is too harsh and they bang the phone before we could ask any questions. I called the AE of this branch for help, he seems to be the leader for these people to speak this way.

If this is the way the APSEB BOARD is going to work, what action can be taken towards this particular branch and the AE - i really don't know his name because never given a chance to ask his name, but could share his mobile number (9440813180).

I have elderly mother and a 3yrs old baby and i work in night shift, its become a really problem being in this area.

I hope some one could slove this and help us out.
