Not enough busses from kondapur to kothi/uppal during peak hours

Respected Sir,
I work in an IT firm at kothaguda and commute in the APSRTC buses from Lakdikapul/Koti to Kothaguda.
In the evenings after 5:30 there are very few buses plying along this route towards koti (Route numbers 127k, 222). As there are hundreds of office's around this area and there would be hundreds of people commuting by these buses. I kindly request you to put more buses along this route during peak hours that is between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (From koti to kondapur) and between 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM (from kondapur to koti). And at many instances I happened to check with a bus driver as to why there are few buses during peak hours, I learnt from them that there are a few drivers and conductors who do not start the buses on time and are sitting chatting around at the hotels near the depot. Kindly request you to take the necessary actions in this regard.
