Bus arrived late by 2-3 hours

Bus didn't reached on time to Hyderabad Bus Stop leading to miss my connecting bus to Bangalore

Dear Sir,

I have reserved a ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 13/7. Bus was expected to reach MGBS Hyderabad latest by 8:15pm in the night but Bus reached at 10.15 pm. I was having booking at 9.30 pm for bangalore which has been in vain and wasted due to kind of special careless service provided by APSRTC crew from Bodhan to Hyderabad. The Conducter got down the Bus 2-3 km prior to final destination with ignited Cigarette in hand during travel. Both Driver and Conducter are damn care less and arogant. Some one should teach them how to behave with the Passengers. It seems that that they were owning that Bus. Please ecsalate this and let me know how to escalate this. Ultimately this happens only in India.

Sorry to say but we are common man and layed down every time by such use less system. Anyways..I had paid for another ticket to bangalore for another KSRTC bus to reach Bangalore finally
