Aratukulam Lake point Tower

I had purchased a flat in Lake point tower in dec at that time they had promised to deliver in june including all amenities. Now the project is behind schedule by atleast 8 months and the builder is telling the amenities will take another 7-8 months to complete. On top of that they have demanded extra money for tile work, doors, switches and wc.

I had purchased the flat which is lake facing at a higher rate (100 Rs extra per sq feet) compared to garden facing side. At the time of purchase i was guaranteed by the builder that the lake view wont be obstructed since they have purchased the adjacent land as well. Now the engineers have confirmed that the new construction will block the lake view for the first 3 floors of Lake point tower. When talked to the builder about the problem they are claiming that nothing was mentioned about the lake view in the agreement and if i was no longer interested in the project i can sell it off!!! This has caused lot of pain and mental agony to me since i had invested lot of money and effort in purchasing the flat and getting a bank loan from the bank. I feel i have been cheated by the builder and would like to get compensated for it. Im not sure if could win a legal battle against them but would like to see justice done to me.
