No water supply in premises

Warning to all booking flats being marketed by Somani Realtors Pvt Ltd and developed by Argosy Construction Pvt Ltd!

They have developed and marketed a residential property of 21 flats titled VIP Plaza in South Calcutta repeatedly assured buyers in writing in all their promotional literature that the premises will be handed over in perfectly habitable condition including 24x7 water supply by December. While handing over has been done only after getting completion certificate in March, there is practically no water supply. The flat-owners are running from pillar to post for water. THe builders and the marketing agent have disappeared claiming they have no liability.
