They cheat me

i invested in argus golden trades india ltd... sodala jaipur. for property. they told me to give paper of property, 1 to 4% assured monthly return, mlm, one yr insurance, and many more promises they did at the time of investment but after the one year still i don't have anything among of these promises . they are not returning my money and now they threat me. pleas help me.
