Dear Ritesh/Parshuram,
I am writing this email to document the dissatisfaction froma customer perspective.
I had booked a flat from You in 2009. Since then have paid you the funds.
However our the last 3 months, line of items has caused concern to me. Since there was delay from my end to get he loa for nearly 30 days. I received repeated and frantic calls from
Your office. Hence i paid Rs 3 lakhs since loan was taking time so that once the loan payment is released i will get my funds back

My registration was done on 21st and that too with erroneous document in the legal agreement the same was highlighted to your team at your office in viman nagar.
The same was corrected on 26th.
Post this i pad the cheque of 8 lakh on 8th Feb. Since then i have been following up for returned of my find which has not been happened till date.
Post which when i followed up for funds you and your office had stated that there are other charges for society, pipe gas, electricity etc Which i was totally unware.
You have arm twisted me since my funds were with you and hence i agreed to the same . the total money for the above was nearly Rs 1.2 LAkhs
I am now waiting for the residual funds since last 50 days.
You and your office does not pick my call and whenever the call is picked i get some excuse or the other stating somebody to sing the cheque is not available.
I was even called to office by parshuram and then sent back which was humiliation for me because i am asking for my own money.
You state you are IS9001 company i am not sure how the same has been sought when there is not clearing on the balances.
I am also writing this email to consumer forum and also need an apology for the delay and cheque at my office.
