Dear All,

I would like to seek your attention towards the Builder ARN Infrastructure who are doing a project in Greater Noida named as Globus Residency, Plot No - 10, Tech Zone, Greater Noida. They had signed an agreement for giving me the possesion of studio apartment of 410 Sqft. under the same scheme for which i paid 10 Lacs to them and 5 Lacs i need to pay them at the time of possesion but till now they havn't started the project yet while the agreement is of Nov. As said in agreement they must provide 10% of the paid amount per month till the possesion. Now if i am calling on the number given in their site fro assured return cheques, they are not responding, Same for the mail also. Kindly help me out. I also found 1 thread which is saying that they are going to shutdown the project.
