Go no any level to cheat people

My friend was interested for a flat. AR properties ppl were posing as if its their property and will help you in all the amenities and reconstruction of the flat. Later after verification he came to know that it all false notation and builder is different... builder says dont believe on false promises by any other agency. They are for marketing and what commitment they are telling is just to lure you. We are not responsible for any money you paid to them. So my suggestion is to go with the builder rather than through any agency. They have a team who write all positive comments about their property. which is just to fool new age clients.
