Not refunding the amount-construction is deadly slow-only excuses

Hi,

From January I am coordinating for refund of an amount of Rupees 49, 000 with Registration number - 64472.

Cancellation paper taken from me on 06/07/10 (started excuse - there is cancellation time, after that i am getting only excuses), promised to give money back within 45 days & that day hasn't come till yet. No. of excuses is given by everyone & Satyanarayan, Anil Bedi, Nitesh, Pramod, Aman

No. of times i have shared my complete details almost with every person.

Excuses -- doing it, person change, not having funds, will give cheque, will transfer, contact to another person, no. switched off, trying it, will do it sure, this time it will do, what are your details, please sms once again, please mail, had you given the paper etc. etc. etc. lot off

No one sharing the details of Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj & Ms. Neena Bhardwaj

All of them not doing correct and against Brand Name of Arun Dev. When you required money you have so many projects so many person to speak, now when there is refund case you don't giving after almost 18 months. That's why your market status is too bad as your main aim is just to take money from consumer and enjoy with that money.

You can't understand the problem of other due to your wrong commitment.

How long person had to wait for refund, patience is going over the bar.

Required help and suggestion from everyone including ADBL.
