Efund of money and BOUNCING OF CHEQUE

Respected Sir,

I am approaching you with lot of faith to get some help. My complaint is as follows:

I had booked a flat in Bhiwadi with ADBL. But because of delay in the construction, I applied for refund of my money paid towards booking and monthly installments.

The company accepted my cancellation and gave me 6 different cheques. I have already deposited the cheques amounting to Rs.2 lakhs But no cheque could get cleared because of insufficiency of funds in their account. These people are not even responding to my calls and their seems no intention on their part to refund my money.

Please help me to get my money back.
