Cheques are bouncing

Hi,

I had got one flat booked in Bhiwadi in 2008 jan. On booking Builder has given me in written that they will complete this project by andthey will refund our amount within 60 days in case of withdrawl. I paid the installment, booking and construction amount on time. when I went to the site in 2009 there was nothing in the name of construction and no work was going on. Due to some personal and financial problem, I withdrew this booking in 2009 jul, and after struggling many times with the builder, finally I received 4 cheques which were post dated cheques and to be cashed in 2010 apr and may (for 9 months afterwards from withdrawl date). Now their cheques are bouncing over and over again. I talked ArunDev concerned guys so many times but they are not paying heed and just diverting me from one person to other person. The concerned guys hardly pick the phone when we try 3-4 days and from different numbers.

I and my family is fed up and embarrassed becuase of their ignorance, irresponsive and hard behaviour.

I am writing to you since i think that ArunDev is a prestigious brand which has a superior quality up to the satisfaction of customer. Before I initiate any action which can damage the brand value of ArunDev, I want to state that I want the resolution and compensation of the losses.

In non response, or inability to come back to me with proper solution, I will be forced to go to media, or court.
