Commitment given but non fulfilled

I had booked an apartment in Ashiana Upvan, a project of Ashiana Homes pvt Ltd. I alongwith other buyers were given commitment that there will be a common room with full furnishing in each tower for any of the common purpose activities of the residents of that tower. accordingly we were shown a big hall under finishing stage in each tower for the committed purpose. All flat were made ready by the builder and handed over to the buyers by Apr but the aforesaid common rooms were still lying for finishing. When we asked the project manager we were told that soon the work of these common room will also be taken up and finished.

But to our utter surprise, the builder has taken up the work of making flat in place of common rooms after more than year of handing over the possession of flats to the buyers, that is builder has now backed out from the commitment of providing common room in each tower and rather wish to make unjustful construction to make more money at our cost.

This area was meant for us for common room and now builder is depriving us of the facility.

No one should buy any property in the project of this builder who is cheating their customer.
