Miscommunication regarding property rates

Ashray Realty Management (P) Ltd.; Kolkata had been in constant touch with me regarding booking of a flat in Skyline Apratments, Parnashree, Behala, Kolkata.

After finalising the rate (@ Rs. 1750.00 per sq ft) in Nov'09, I had booked the same. Application form & booking amount of Rs. 1lac was provided to them on 07.12.0-9.

To my utter shock & disbelief, they informed me yesterday that rates have gone up higher & I have to pay @Rs. 1800.00 now.

This is totally not expected from a professional company like this & have put my reputation & honour at stake.
