Unreasonable Promoter's agreement

Dear Sir,

I have booked an apartment (Flat 2 D, Block 11) in the proposed Asvini

Amarisa Phase-2 in Ramavaram by paying Rs. 2 lakhs as advance.

Promoter has furnished the draft promoter's agreement recently which

is completely in favour of the promoter and does not protect the

interest of the customer. Moreover, Promoter has increased the super

built up area of the apartment by 49 sq. ft. after collecting the

advance to include the club house area as per CMDA guidelines but the

agreement states that the club house will be owned by the promoter.

There are many such unjustifiable clauses in the agreement which were

brought to the notice of the Promoter but they do not agree to ammend

the same.

I am attaching herewith the clarifications sought by me and the reply

received from the promoter. I request you to look into the matter and

advise me on the remedial measures available to me.
