Quality of construction and the promises were not fulfilled

Hi All,

Recently i bought an apartment from Asvini Foundations, Nandhabakkam, Chennai.

The quality of construction is very poor. Within few weeks there are water seepage at the ceiling. Flooring and type of wood used are not first quality. But when we booked they said they will use only first quality material and also what they shown in model house will be replicated in individual falts. But that was not the case. What ever the promises they made during booking were not done. Is it possible to take a legal action againt this builder? Kindly reply.
