I have booked a flat in their Shahpura, Jaipur Project in 2007. At the time of booking they promised to hand over the flat in two years. Till date there is no construction has been taken place. Almost six months back, I decided to withdraw my membership from their Shahpura Project. They had given us the six months post dated cheques. When we deposited their cheques in our bank all the cheques got bounced one by one. I visited their Chitranjan Park office many times to request them for the favorable response. They always do the false commitments, no one in their office is ready to liston the problem of a Customer. Now, I'm planning to log a FIR or will take a legal action against the builder for not refunding our money. Kindly help us to process this further.
