Hello Friends, Please be cautious of dealing with Avani Realtors, based out of Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta and Chennai. Parag Patel (director) is a fraudster who cons people by offering finance schemes which give more than 200% returns. In Mumbai they have launched a scheme of plots near Mumbai outskirts. They did big advertisements in Mirror & Mid day for quite a while and now have suddenly disappeared. None of their staff responds to what is happening to our money. Please be cautious.
