Cheating the buyers

Dear Sir/Madam,

We book a flat at Avenue builders (constructions or foundations - they have few names) named Avenue Pushpam, property located at No:3 AGS colony, behind Kamakoti Nagar, Narayanapuram, Pallikaranai, Chennai -100. At the time of booking, the construction was not started & it was a bare land. They showed me a building plan, that too with a ground 1 floor building & a beautifull elevation. after construction we found that it was not as per the plan they showed me & that too with a second floor construction. To the extreme of cheating they have divided the UDS share to all the owners such that the total doesnt tally with the total registered plot (land) size. The building was not constructed properly & it was hand over to us without completion (in 2010). We were forced to take the key from them by agreeing what ever the money they were demanding. It was purely a day light cheating by taking the advantage of our unawareness. We would request you to take action against them so that in future people will not cheated in our fashion & their life time investment will be saved.

They have few offices (often they will change) at north chennai namely perambur. right now they are operating from one office loacted at Paper mills road, kolathur. It is near to the Welding shop bustand & opearted from the first floor of the building located next to Square brothers Internet cafe.
